We deliver our security guarding services in accord with British Standards Code of Practice 7499:2007. We create, document and sign off, bespoke assignment instructions – which contain service level agreements. Routine management site audits plus unannounced visits, supported by non flexible quality management procedures, ensure the continuity of a professional service and customer/consumer satisfaction.
Irrespective of the nature or duration of your security guarding requirements, VSF will confidently and diligently provide a tailored solution, guaranteed to meet your expectations. This is not always the case with all security guard companies.
As a matter of best practice, at the commencement of contract, we routinely install (at agreed locations around the premises) a number of patrol checkpoint stations, which our guards visit and log onto during every site patrol. We supply monthly, with invoices, a copy print-out of downloaded patrol activity for clients to peruse.
