We operate our own Monitoring Centre 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Its functions are to:

monitor and control our security, fire safety and PAT testing operations
provide lone worker protection for our employees and those of our clients
receive and act upon alarm activations – Alarm Response Centre or ARC
ensure continuity of service delivery
maintain a detailed log of incidents/occurrences and communications
keep management informed
If you employ staff who are working alone (lone workers), our Monitoring Centre could provide you with an affordable solution to your duty of care responsibilities. In circumstances when contact has failed, we would instigate agreed ‘man down’ procedures.
